Delivery and return policy


We deliver in Calgary or you can pick your item locally. Canada Post is our standard shipping method anywhere else in Canada, and by default we charge you what Canada Post charges us, unless otherwise specified.

Please contact us for a shipping discount code, a volume discount code or to inquire about the lead time for specific items that you want to order.

Canada is our primary market; Please contact us if you need delivery outside of Canada.

return policy

We follow the manufacturer return policy for kite equipment and gear. With any approved return, the product must be brand new and with the original tags or packaging.

You are responsible for return shipping and any damage that might occur on the way back so make sure you pack it properly like we do.

A warranty claim is initiated by emailing a digital photo of the damaged gear, description of the damage, how the damage occurred, the product's serial number, and your original invoice. Kitesomewhere will send your request to the manufacturer.
